"I buy alot of stuff from this store, but when I got a pair of pants that didn't fit i went to return them, I was then refused because I removed a tag that says do not remove. I was told i could call customer service so, i did and she called the store to try to help me resolve the problem. The manager lied and said i stained the pants but she would exchange them. After 30 minutes in the store i finally get customer service to return the pants just to find out the pants i bought don't even have this tag the manager claimed i removed. She was rude and made the whole process alot more difficult."
