"They do NOT carry petite in store, their sizes run larger almost a full size, and your choice is casual or business casual and not much more. What's the point of a brick and mortar location if you aren't going to carry the very thing people can't order online for? Specialty lengths and styles?"

"I assume, due to the pandemic, there has been quite a bit of turn over. New employees are very nice but do not know how to do the job yet. I had email proof that packages were sitting at their store ready for me to pickup and they claimed it was not there yet. She never asked for help nor double checked in back or with anyone else working.....and I believe she claimed she was a shift manager! By the time I got the packages, the coupons in bag were expired already. I was offered 1 reward card to use end of Sept/Oct for mishap. I went back in, days later, to try and exchange items. I didn't want to loose my coupons/ discounts. She told me my size wasn't available but didn't really try and offer me any other options, so I just returned it all. Oh well, I guess I saved myself money lol."

"Shopping for lingerie in this store was a nightmare. I couldn't find the right sizes or things that matched. My sales clerk was very nice but the manager told her she had to stop helping me. I didn't get my sale items because the bra I wanted was unavailable and my second choice was on secret clearance. I am never shopping here again."
