"They had the axle I needed. It's hard to find but not rare. It was a lot of work getting them to sell it to me. The woman in the office is not helpful at all, refers all questions to the man who is distant at best and downright rude sometimes. Twice I phoned for information to save a drive over and twice my call was not returned. He acts like the only junkyard in the area, maybe the others are worse. Oh, and they only accept cash and a receipt was never offered to me."
