"Roaches Roaches Roaches Couldn’t even move in, apartment still wasn’t ready and filthy. Nobody will answer phone or door at office. Also, I’ve never seen any business add on all these extra fees to move in. Beware when time come you sign lease you’ll need extra $300-400 for admin fees, miscellaneous fees, scam fees. My advice, don’t move to this place. You’d be better living under a bridge."

"I had a disappointing experience with the community's customer service. It felt like they were selective about who they valued as residents. The manager's behavior came across as petty and unresponsive, often resolving issues on “her own time”. During visits, my concerns were met with laughter and accusations, rather than genuine assistance. Additionally, many potential fair housing violations. Documentation for addressing issues was lacking, and misinformation is used to discredit residents. Overall, each visit left unsatisfactory."

"I regretfully experienced appalling behavior from the manager, who consistently engaged in arguments until I was left in tears. Despite spending time in her office until closing as she insisted, no issues were resolved. Discriminatory behavior was very disappointing when she avoided addressing resident concerns. The lack of value for residents is evident through the perpetually open gates, 5 day turnaround work order completion, misplacement of master keys, roach infested apartments, pot holes all over community, pedestrian doors always opened, cars on bricks for days, pool parties all hours of the night, and overlooked state inspections. The leasing office even had maggots in the fridge. Office hours are unpredictable, and communication was non-existent, lacking documentation. Upon moving in, the apartment was infested with roaches. This roach issue was prevalent among neighbors as well, causing some to move out. Renewals are determined by the manager's personal preferences. I strongly advise against choosing this residence."

"This is my husband and I 3rd year here and we can honestly say we love it. Great place for a family also. The staff and wonderful, any problems you have they’ll make sure it’s and done right. Great gym, clean pools, fun play area for the kids; life is great here!!!"

"We have lived at the Gallery for almost 4 years now. We love it. The staff is great and is quick to solve any problems we have had. They even have clean pools, & a nice Gym with an indoor basketball court. If you are looking for a safe place for your family with reasonable prices this, is the place!"
