"I give Parkside 5 stars!! Let me just say this is the perfect place for me! The Location is awesome, with so many great amenities! Super close to stores nearby as well! I fell in love with parkside!! They also love your fur babies!! Can’t wait to bring my fur baby to the Dog parks once he reunites with me! Parkside made my application process so smooth! As a first time renter, Michele helped make everything a breeze for me! You feel the great vibes when you walk into the office. Even the office smells so fresh and clean! I am super excited to call this place home!!! Michele and Theresa are super sweet and very attentive! Can’t wait to move in this weekend!! Thank you!"

"This is a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise especially Theresa . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are great with good equipment, rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I feel really safe and with a peace of mind. Can’t say enough great things about Parkside."

"We love living here, we moved in here in 2014 and lived in the same apartment unit until April 2023. We wanted to rent a larger apartment, look all over Katy, but we liked here so much that we decided to stay here in a larger unit. We made the right decision because a few weeks later they started renovating the buildings and now they look good as new. The management has been great with us, always responding on time and fixing any issues that we had run into. They even have changed appliances in the past so we don't have to wait for repair parts, they are great and patient with our dogs when visiting the unit for repairs. The one that we had more contact with in the leasing office is Michelle and she has been great during all this years and also Erasmo in maintenance."
