"Ron said he needed the model number for this refrigerator, it was on a paper sticker inside the frig and was not readable i told him i could run home and get the book on it and i lived 5 min away, he said fine he would wait, i came back and he was gone, i called his cell left a message and never heard from him again. he did not pull out the refrigerator and do anything!! just looked at the frig and said it was old and probably could not get parts for it. i bought the frig in 2015 brand new, a kenmore with top freezer and icemaker. Terrible technician, very lazy i have told my home warranty company not to use him ever again."
