"Wish I could give zero for a rating. Cherry does not operate on good faith, does not return phone calls or advise her clients on the legality of a contract. She also does not fulfill her obligations. She agreed to paying buyer $500 which still has not been paid. In my opinion she is unethical. If you use her to sell your home, find someone else. If you are the buyer, and she is the selling agent, get ready for major stress and headaches."
