McDonald's 4403 Harrison Avenue, Rockford, IL 61108

"This has to be the most ridiculous time I have ever had at McDonald's. twice thru drive Thru and twice face to face with a manager and a employee and still can't get my order right and tried to give me the food that they didnt give to me before after almost 20 minutes. Twice got my sandwich wrong in front of me and telling the employee it's wrong and still can't get it fixed and just finally gave up and left. Lost my business for good after all of this."

"Waiting 30 minutes or more for you food is just normal here, the workers never know what's going on, do you guys ever wonder why your line is wrapped around the building? Also to put a cherry on top, the food is AWFUL, it taste like you use the same cooking oil all day because you probably do."

"The young girl with the turban who hands the food out and the girl with red braids, both made me feel like I was bothering them. There is no concept of “customer service”. I ordered my fries fresh but when the order takers took my order it was rang in on the opposite drive thru screen, so maybe they didn’t ring that part in. I’m not sure. But no one wants to spend $ and be made to feel like they’re a bother. You ladies are being PAID to hand out a bag of food it does not cost to be nice, crack a smile. People can sense when you’re being rude or have an attitude. And neither were genuinely nice. U should not be mugging me because my order was not rung in correctly. I’m writing this review because I feel it’s the only way there will be a change in customer service. The lady with the colorful hair is always nice as well as the order taker was friendly. It doesn’t cost to be nice"

"Every time I order here the Big Mac's have way too much big Mac sauce. This time I couldn't even eat it. Then you call and they don't answer the phone. Worst McDonald's in the Rockford area. Don't eat here..."
