"Do not know how to operate two separate drive-through lanes - manager did not care that employees ignored numerous cars in one lane for over 10 minutes"
"Worst place ever had to wait over ten minutes for one cheeseburger all while I had to listen to all the employees complaining they were all supposed to be off at two but there wasn’t anyone to replace them and the manager was sitting in the office speaking to someone. Each employee complained to each other multiple times seems like a terrible work environment none of them were happy and one of the people complaining was one of the managers as well….i will not make the mistake of going back here again."
"We were the only car in the drive thru and it still took over twenty minutes to get 2 happy meals, a 10 PC chicken nugget and a cheeseburger. Completely ridiculous. Pick another location if you want your food in a decent amount of time"
"I ordered some food after work and there was something wrong with my quarter pounder no onions ketchup or mustard picture below is the fix, the girl who took care of me though was nice. I know they are busy at the time I ordered but this is unacceptable for a fix of mistake they made."
"I give the 5 stars only because the steak egg and cheese bagel was back after years of traveling to certain locations to have it!! They made it fresh and perfectly! I normally have issues here but this time made up for all of it and the service was fast and friendly today! Definitely keep the bagels please and keep making them the same delicious way!"
