"First i want to say maintenance and front office staff are amazing, this review has nothing to do with them!! I love them! super great and nice nothing but good experiences with them. I’ve been living here for over a year, I switched over to a different apartment after a year for extra space. first apartment was great, I wish I stayed there haha. my second apartment was in such a terrible condition. it seemed like the people before didnt take care of anything, and whoever prepares the apartments for new tenants seemed to try. but it was terrible. tiny roaches EVERYWHERE. any corners, crannies was full of this weird black dot material along with dead roaches. I dont know what it is and I dont think I want to know. even with the strongest bleach and cleaners, the black stuff did not come off. it was so gross I cried lol I felt so uncomfortable here. There was a random hole under my kitchen cabinets, god knows what happened there. ive personally known 4-5 people who wanted to move in to this complex and told them not to because it really is a gamble. either your apartment will be okay or like mine I have included pictures. I pay around $1700 after utilities and charges and it feels like such a rip off because I thought I was paying for a nice, clean, good condition apartment. back gate has been broken for 3 months. I just wish the apartment was worth the price, I would definitely not recommend living here. for the prices, you can find apartments in way better condition. in the last picture, yes that is a dead roach poking out half way through. Not sure what is behind the door hinge I had to remove it to clean it, almost threw up when I took it off. I took all of these pictures ONE DAY after moving in, so disappointing."

"Eric and Ceasar with maintenance is AMAZING! I called the office about my AC and Garbage disposal and they showed up within 15min and got the Job done! They even knocked down a wasp nest on my patio. As for the apartments the walls are thin and you hear everything, but other than that the community is well kept and the office staff are sweet"

When I left, I was not on edge about the decision I will make in the future because not only did he help me with just finding a place but he left an impression, an impression that drawn me to want to be apart of the community."
