"Jessie was so kind and helpful! My husband was staying there for business and she took the time to move a food order to his room that I sent ahead of his arrival. His car rental at the airport was so hectic it was so nice to have someone with that extra personal touch."
"This hotel is great except for one glaring problem - the water. The rooms at least on the top floors have low water pressure and very little hot water. Its just not worth the pricetag with an issue like that. Get a plumber please."
"Conveniently located between home and work - surrounded by anything and everything you may need for shopping, meals, pampering, etc. Great, friendly staff. Easily accessible parking, internet and a quick breakfast! I am grateful for a local hotel to consider when friends or family come to visit! Thank y'all so much!"
"The rooms were very clean and the staff went above and beyond. We stayed there for our daughters wedding and a large group of us were in the breakfast area two nights in a row and there was no problem. Check-in and check-out was speedy. They had handicap rooms and had an elevator to get up and down as well as stairs on each end. There were microwave and refrigerators in the rooms and a small area in which to buy snacks. There was a complimentary breakfast that had eggs, sausage, 3 kinds of cereal 2 fruits, little mini cakes, orange and apple juice, biscuits and gravy. Parking was good. I would stay there again! Ariel was very accommodating, Jessie was great and the guy that works nights was very jolly and would make you laugh! I could not have asked for better service."
"If offered to stay in room 305, ask to see it first. When we arrived the room smelled really bad like mildew, everything just felt damp and cold. We decided to just ignore it and go to bed because we were tired, but when we got in bed the sheets and bedspread felt damp and gross. We went downstairs to see about switching rooms but unfortunately they were all booked and it was about midnight. The very kind young man working the counter over night offered to try and dry our sheets to see if it would help, so we stripped the bed and took them to him. It made it bearable for the one night we were there but we would not have stayed another night. I recently grabbed the shirt I had slept in and it had the very strong mildew smell still lingering on it, gross. The staff was great and I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is something we wished we had known before booking. The rest of the hotel was great."
