"This RV PARK needs a major overhaul! Many of the sites have no water or 50 Amp. When we were ready to leave, we got stuck because there was no gravel, just dirt on our site! The trees need trimming badly! The owners don't seem to care!"
"Small Park with big characteristic has a down home feel like the country but close to the city store , restaurants near by sites to see. Lots of things to keep a family busy an safe place to hang out. So come on down to Magnolia Tx. Thank You D . Dianne Wade"
"They arent so bad. Theres showers and a laundry room. Lots are decent size and theres free wifi. Long term residents are pretty helpful and my overall rating got 4 stars because I cant give a 5. Reasons are personal."
"This place was not good at all. We came in on a Monday and we were put in a sight next to a FEMA trailer, which would have been fine except there was trash every where around the trailer, just junk and mess. The site we were in had trash bags from the previous resident. We were told that the trash would be taken care of but it sat there for about 4 or 5 days stinking, we couldn't even open the windows on that side of the trailer. It was all around a trashy place. The people were friendly though."
"Great little RV park. We stopped in for a week or so while we worked out where we would permanently reside and we have been here ever since. That was 4 months ago. You cannot beat the price for the area, the people are very decent and they have a very strict zero tolerance drug policy so that is not an issue either like at a lot of the RV parks in the area. It is quiet about 95% of the time (excpet when we are pulling out on the Harleys) and everyone is relatively friendly. The only two small complaints are the laundry facility is a bit dated and doesn't do the best job (but there is a great washateria about 3 miles down the road), and the internet leaves alot to be desired. It is fine for checking e-mails, Googling your next trip or posting pictures on Facebook but no luck streaming video (Netflix) or actually working for extended periods. Other than that, this is the best place we have been to and we are going to stick around until we find the perfect piece of property to buy!"
