Papa Johns Pizza

"Always had good service here, even during the one mixup when my online order didn't come through. Never had it delivered so I can't attest to that, but I really appreciate the times that I've gotten my pizza as fast as they could make it when there was only 1 or 2 people working. I tried to leave a large tip as a thank you for his hard work but he politely refused."

"First time going to Papa John's Pizza and was disappointed with the papadia Philly cheese steak. It tasted like green peppers and onions. Couldn't taste the meat when it only had maybe a tablespoon of meat on the whole thing. Rip off if you ask me."

"We ordered two pizzas tonight and when our food was delivered, one of our pizzas was not what we ordered, so we asked the delivery driver to take it back and bring us the pizza we asked for. We ordered 3 hours ago, we have called numerous times, been very patient and polite, and we have only just now gotten our pizza. The manager said it would be within 20-30 minutes multiple times, and it was not."

"Giving the Ottawa, Il location a 1-star rating because it won't go lower. Placed an order online and given the typical wait time of 45 minutes to one hour. Called 1.5 hours later and told it was on its way. Fast foward to a total wait time of almost 4 hours to get our food and I was understandably upset. I was promised by the owner of the location that our order would be replaced the next time we called. Did just that today, had the employee verify the order and again told 45 minutes. Food arrived just under 1.5 hours later and we recieved the wrong order. Manager on duty refused to correct the mistake and blamed me for it being wrong. Papa johns was our pizza choice for almost ten years and now tonight was the last time we order. Absolutely the worst experience I've had with them."
