"Current apartment manager does not listen to tenants. Complaints about insulation and doors having trouble opening or closing not being heard. She brushes it off and writes tenants up for things beyond their control. Something needs to be done, and fast. Recommendation? Find somewhere else to live. Also seen the apartment manager going from car to car taking pictures of everyone's license plates and the insides of their car."
