"I am a current resident and have lived at this apartment complex since December of 2017. It has become a nightmare experience with the apartment manager as of lately due to her lack of due diligence like constantly needing proof of my renters insurance, which automatically renews every December of each year. I have emails documenting the conversation stating that she received my declaration in January of 2024 and she indicated she would update the system information. Starting the week of 2/19/24 thru 2/29/24 - she began requesting for my declaration again, stating something on the document was not sufficient. I sent new declaration pages as well as my insurance company agents sent her documentation. My insurance agents contacted her twice to resolve the matter, in-which the manager said it was good and she updated the system. They charged me a fee of $15 to my account balance for lack of providing proof of insurance after receiving documentation and refuse to remove the unwarranted charge due to “just now receiving the documents”, when they have had the documents since the entirety of my lease renewal in September of 2023. Again, renews each December for an entire year - leaving no gaps. My insurance company agents also said at any time the apartment manager can also contact the insurance company to verify the renters insurance and policy inquiries. When speaking to the apartment manager (Christi Anderson) about this concern, she is rude and argumentative. Thinks it’s justified to place wrongful charges on my account that are not warranted and leaving me in an uncomfortable position to not live in peace at what is supposed to be considered as my home. I’m concerned this will become an ongoing conflict each month with unwarranted additional charges added to my account. If there is someone out there reading this that could assist me further to have this matter resolved. I have already filed a report to HAA and with the Greystar company. My next action is consideration of speaking with a tenants rights attorney."
"I just moved into GreenTree and I am already loving it - my dog and I have settled in perfectly. All the amenities are kept clean and having a 24 hour gym is a huge plus. Love the space and the layout as well!"
"I have lived at Green Tree Apartment place for 3 years and currently live here. I've had multiple issues with Christy and maintenance at this location. Christy is very rude and unprofessional. This woman followed me in her car asking me questions and raising her voice. Maintenance takes forever to fix issues. I lived with mold for months because they wouldn't schedule to fix it after a tree fell and made a hole on the roof. I recently had an inspection done and maintenance locked my dogs in the bathroom without food or water and left the lights on. One of my dogs is on medication and they could have killed him. Instead of apologizing they made excuses. They confirmed twice inspection took place. Then literally called back and told me no they did not. Gaslighting me at its finest. If you are looking to rent affordable place please look elsewhere. I've been stuck in this nightmare for 3 years and couldn't afford to move out. This building was cockroach infested when I moved in. I had to take all actions into my own hands to keep the pests away spending tons of money on foggers, caulking all the holes myself! I never spoke up or wrote a negative review because I feared Christy would retaliate and make my life harder since I have heard that is what she does from unit 1410 back in 2021. Anyway, there is also a huge theft problem! A person was shot and died in these apartments as well. I have emotional support animals and when Christy saw that I missed renewing my pet screening. Christy yelled at me and told me to take my dogs off of the premises! This was while she followed me in her car. Since then Christy told Fed Ex to not deliver my packages and to take it back because of its size. Even though fed ex notified her it's not considered a large package. She demanded they take it back as well as other of my packages. I guess I stayed so long because it's not like I see this lady everyday and you think I'll just pay my rent on time and stay away from her. I love all my neighbors that are close to me and the location is 5 minutes away from my family. Not sure why Christy is the way she is or why she feels entitled to Gas light and speak to residents this way. Please do not move here! Not worth it at all."
"The place is gorgeous and the team made it so easy to do the application process! I love this staff! They are all super helpful and friendly. The apartment itself has beautiful upgrades and the perfect amount of space. Can’t wait to make it a home!"
