"If you have good credit, good rental history, BUT have any collections on your credit report you are automatically denied according to the agent here. Might as well buy a house. Apartments not even updated No it’s to only to keep a “certain type of people” out"
"Be careful, because in these departments they steal from you and they don't take charge. We had problems with the refrigerator for 3 days in the middle of summer, all our food spoiled and they never took care of it. You can't enjoy the pool, because the bathrooms are always closed and many other things."
"Have been here 2 years. Best location to go to Katy ISD schools for a low price. Convenient location to west park tollway. Management is unreachable most of the time. Rent increases yearly… $150 this year! Maintenance responds quickly, dog park & canisters around complex, pool is nice."
"I moved in ( lease started) less than a month ago. Love the quiet environment and the maintenance were on point for issues that was brought to their notice even though every issue ought to have been fixed before leasing the unit out BUT the size of the kitchen cabinet is SO pathetic as it is extremely small DESPITE the fact that they got a whole lot of space at the top that ought to be used. You can hardly get things into it ."
"A few compliments: -They put in speed bumps, which helped slow the speedsters. -Cheap rent. -A nice amount of sidewalks to take walks on. -Safe during Hurricane Harvey. -Built in shelves. A few complaints: -There was a DEAD ROACH *PAINTED* ON THE WALL BEHIND THE STOVE. THEY LITERALLY PAINTED OVER A DEAD ROACH. We investigated further and there was roach poop all over the wall behind the stove and fridge. -There is a mountain of garbage by the dumpster at all times. -Good luck parking anywhere after 10 pm. There have been numerous times we had to park at the strip center on Mason road and walk all the way to the other side of the complex. Parking passes didn't really help this matter unfortunately. -Cabinet stain looks amature, there are sections of our cabinets that had obvious brush marks and some creases of the cabinet doors didn't even get any stain on them. I also do not believe the granite counters have ever been sealed, as they absorb literally anything. -The units come with awesome garden tubs, but the water heaters aren't big enough to fill the bath tub with hot water.... -Our sidewalk to get to the parking lot floods about 3 inches deep when it rains and takes forever to drain. -Grammar errors in several mass emails sent to residents. Not a big deal to some people but this was unprofessional to me. -If you are going to turn in your Notice to Vacate well in advance of your 60 days, just bring it straight to the manager. We found a new apartment to move to and tried to turn in our Notice about 90 days before the lease was up so our new place could finish processing our lease. The leasing agent, Gina, told us we couldn't turn it in until the 60 days mark. She wouldn't let us turn it in, wouldn't let us have our rent ledger, and did not care that our new home needed the notice to be processed. She offered to take the notice but not submit it until the 60 days, but again, our new home needed it processed, and who would want a document to be held when turned in? I understand that submitting the notice hurts the economic profile of the complex but our lease agreement says we can turn it in AT LEAST 60 days in advance. So we just went straight to the manager and got it done. I was surprised to get this reaction out of Gina, since she was so nice when we signed on here. I guess it just shows people are just a number here."
