"Worst apartment stay away it’s cheap and and all, but you could die of mold because the ventilator is broken. there’s also a roach infestation no matter how much you keep the place clean or spray for roaches. it takes months or a whole year for them to fix anything. They give you an attitude when you have issues and try to blame it all on you. I’m going to take this to my social media to make sure people stay away from these apartments including Lamar and Victoria garden."

"Absolutely worst management team EVER, They are extremely unprofessional. Leticia answered her phone from the office, and she ignored every word I said. She Insisted the manager wasn't there (she never is) and is withholding legal information to avoid her tenants from moving out. Which by the way is illegal because the tenant responsibility of giving written notice has been complied. I usually don't give anyone my time or negative reviews, but they deserve to be called out. RUNAROUND - that's all they gave us. The manager and leasing are extremely RUDE, Their customer service is horrible! and worst of all, they simply do not care about their tenants."

"Disgusting! Our furniture was ruined from bedbugs. And I don’t mean a few bedbugs I mean an infestation. And our appliances were infested with roaches that crawl EVERYWHERE. All over the walls, cabinets, counters. Absolutely disgusting. We moved out with hardly anything we came with. They say they sent an “exterminator” while your gone during the day but they don’t send anyone. If you need maintenance they won’t send them until you call for days and days. Our A/C and heater broke in the winter and they didn’t send anyone for two weeks. HORRIBLE PLACE. If you notice all the furniture that constantly gets thrown away, there’s a reason for it."

"I have lived at the Mustang Crossing since some time 2016/ 2017 until 06/08/2018. I enjoyed my stay I lived in apartment 1604 a townhome. I was never late with the rent however I did pay the water bill late. But the rent was always on time except one time during Harvey the storm.. I never complained about anything I mean never I always presented my self in the proper fashion I always kind to the staff. I put in my 30 day notice on the 10th and keep in mind that I was month to month because my lease ended so I was paying $100 more then the usual rent of $610 month to month $710. I had no issue paying that and I did. So my notice was given on the 10th I thought I had 30days to move which would be 30 days after notice given. So come the 4th they put a notice on my door saying I owe $849 and some change. Which is full months rent plus late fees. I kindly go into the office to speak with managers. She goes completely left field on me for no reason I spoke kindly in a very low tone. I actually video recorded the events. She went off on me yelling and screaming very unprofessional bouncing and pointing at me while she was sitting in her chair yelling. I asked for corporate number she deined me the number so I kindly left. They knock on my door saying the supervisor is on the phone I went and spome with him. He spoke kindly very kindly and professional. He said I had to pay for the 8days im still there even though I put in my 30 days and its not up yet. I knew I had to pay it because if I didnt they would write it up as if I owe them more to mess up my credit with other apartments. They seemed upset that I was moving. I was very kind to them I still dont understand why I had to pay $385 after I put in my 30days.. I move out on the 8th sweep mop clean tub and fridge. I go to office to turn in the keys and to ask about my deposit.. They said I had to paint the walls and shampoo the carpet .. I was really taken back by that. I told them I dont smoke why do I have to paint I never hung any pictures up on the wall.. So I went and rented a carpet shampooer and cleaned the carpet and they copied my receipt and I recored all of this on video the lady even inspected the apartment when I finished and I recored it.. I'm hoping to get my deposit back. Overall not a bad place to live just horrible management.. I'm also going to contact corporate."

"NEGATIVE 5 STARS !!!! The manager has no communication what so ever !! She couldn't even have our apartment ready in time to move in! And didn't even call us to let us know!!! How is this place still open for business. I'm calling the better business bureau! Also have to live in a motel because of this! She needs to be fired asap!!! I would be ashamed And humiliated to have my business looking like this....complete trash"
