"The manager NEVER informs tenants of any problems going on with water pipes. I'm having to boil water to clean my kitchen in order to ccontrol the roaches. When they say you're next on the maintenance list, they really mean you'll get bumped to maybe 3 days later without notice."

"2018-2020 I had no problem living here. Friendly neighbors, love the office staff and maintenance they are great with communication. Anytime I had a maintenance issue they would take care of it same day. It's good for first time renters. Love the assigned parking lot spaces."

"Horrible place to live. Rude manager. Bossy maintenance. They focus more on residents than on fixing anything. Very nasty place to live. Bedbugs and everything horrible you can imagine. Roof leaks when it rains. They just want to collect rent. But don’t want to fix anything."

"We’re absolutely disappointed. The lady in the office couldn’t be more rude to us. We are a military couple who needed a place to stay because we were relocating. This lady said we couldn’t get an apartment because we didn’t have a rental history at the moment, we obviously didn’t have one because we barely moved from California to Texas and she denied us even after the fact that we told her that we had proof of rental history on base. Horrible place to begin with and she was just super RUDE !!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"This place is disgusting, the lady in the office is rude, nothing gets fixed, there are So many roaches and they're supposed to have exterminators come every so often, but they never came in the 6 months we lived there. The parking lot will blow out your tires and they won't fill in the craters out there, the laundry facilities are moldy and people take out your clothes to put theirs in. This place is a slum and not even the cheap rent is worth squatting here."
