"Really nice folks!"

"The absolute worst realtor that I have ever done business with. Stacie Reitz was our agent. Stacie came to our home and advertised herself as a real estate professional in our area (Rosenberg) and she proved to be far from what that. It became quite obvious that she did not know the area/ market very well at all after we signed the contract with her. I reached out to her numerous times during the contract period to aid her aware of issues that I had with her. Stacie contacted my wife and gave her some incomplete information regarding our communication in an attempt to make my wife angry with me. I contacted Stacie's broker, Mike Groover via email to advise him of the situation. Mike proceeded to call one of my family members who was not on the contract to discuss some bad information fed to him by Stacie. Fortunately, we were able to see that Stacie was feeding bad information to her broker Mike and he was not professional enough to discuss the perceived problem with me and my wife (his clients). Prior to closing, I attempted to contact Mike Groover and he would not answer. Mike did call me late (nearly 7:30 pm) that evening. Fortunately my wife was in the truck and the call was on handsfree so she could hear the conversation. Mike proceeded to use some quite strong language and make threats to me. He displayed a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. I should have known to find a different realtor when Mike did not show up to our scheduled meeting to list our home. He instead called and asked why we were not at his office. With prior home sales, the realtor came to our home for the meeting, took pictures for the listing, etc. I guess he thought we were selling his office, or something. I would not refer my worst enemy to Hudgins-Groover Real Estate nor their agent Stacie Reitz."
