"This place made what could have been a very problematic trip into something easy and stress free. I was traveling into Freeport to spend a few days on an event. The morning of my departure, I all of a sudden got that tell tale grinding noise of brake issues. Surprising to me, since I had not had noise the day before or any other time, but clearly there was an issue. Knowing I couldn't swap out another vehicle, I called FS Farmtown to inquire about bringing my car in for repairs. It was extremely important that the car be down for only one day, as I needed the car to for the weekend as I would be returning home before the location reopened. We discussed the work I think the car needed, and the staff checked and confirmed that they could get the work done, and they would call me the morning I dropped my car off and let me know what they found and get approval for repairs, but were very confident they could get the work done all on Friday. When I dropped the car off Thursday I checked in to verify they could get all the parts, the counter employee took the time to look up each potentially needed part to replace the pads, rotor, and calipers for each side and said there would be no problem and they could get parts within an hour from ordering. Friday morning, around 9am, they called me to discuss what they had found. They stated that it wasn't as bad as I had thought, but the car would need rotors and pads, which I expected. They also noticed the sway bar links were becoming worn, which I knew I needed to do at some point. I asked if they could get everything done in the day, very confidentially they mentioned they could. At 3pm, they called me to let me know my car was done. Not only was the car done in a day, but it was done with still enough open hours for me to go get it while they were still open. Since then, all issues have been fixed. No problems left and the car operates great. Easy peasy! Definitely a place for auto repairs in the Freeport area."

"Was willing to try this location for first time. Had a coupon for discounted oil change, lube, and tire rotation. Appointment was scheduled and I stated by phone I possessed and would bring in coupon. Additionally wanted an inspection of my vehicle. Turns out my battery was defective, but no one spoke to me about this. They simply put a new one in without providing any prior estimate of cost! Added in cost of oil change, materials, labor, tax, and was finally informed my bill was in excess of $300!!! And even though coupon clearly stated tire rotation, it was NOT done at all! I was a first time visitor...and last time visitor!!! Will not return!"

"DO NOT GO HERE....I went to get an alignment done. They told me i needed work done in the tune of over a thousand dollars. i went to another place that I trust to get a second opinion and they told me everything was fine under my car where these people said I needed the work done. Ladies, Always follow your gut feelings."
