"I tried to get a tire and they had to call me 5 times, they couldn't remember which one it is. Then they called and said they could just fix it, then 30 more minutes they called again and said there's no way it could be fixed. I'll never go there again."
"Went to put on new tires I had ordered since at my last oil change at another business they told me my tires were getting bad. The mechanic, Arnold had my tires off and took me out to show me that I had over 50% tread left on my tires. He said to wait at least till winter to put on new. He rotated my tires and remounted them. Honesty is a trait that is greatly appreciated. I would recommend that type of service to anyone."
"Should have never brought my car here. Over an hour just to plug a tire leak even though I was told 20 minutes wouldn't be a problem. (I've had it done in 6-7 minutes at other places). I was in a huge hurry for a flight in chicago. They wouldn't return the car before they were fully done and wouldn't let me pay before getting the keys. Awful experience"
