Panther Hill Apartments

"EVERY GOOD POST ON HERE IS A LIE!! This apartment complex is an absolute nightmare! Everything they show you in the pictures is a complete lie. Don't be fooled by their so-called "nice" amenities because the reality is far from it. Their service is a joke. My daughter has been waiting for a year to get her ceiling fixed due to water damage, and all they did was slap on some paint and give us empty promises about fixing it later. They close out service tickets without even bothering to fix the issues, and when you call them out on it, they treat you like you're crazy! And don't even get me started on the utilities. They overcharge like crazy and refuse to show you a detailed bill. The manager talks a big game but never follows through with any actual action. To top it all off, the gate has never worked, and there's never enough parking. It's a complete joke! And let's not forget about the rent – it's ridiculously expensive and definitely not worth the money they ask for. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to live. This place is a disaster, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy."
