"My experience with the management team of this property was stellar. I made demands of them due to an unforseen family emergency, unrelated to them. The three ladies of this office accommodated me by showing empathy, compassion and honesty. They said they would to their best help and they truly did. I witnessed Megan, Melinda and Clarissa work as a dream team in handling the rigorous and various needs of individuals desiring residency on their property. They endured countless interruptions, attutides, and rude behavior; with patience and professionalism. It was very pleasant to experience. I realized that they had no preconceived notions of making my day or anyone else’s hard. They had a job to do effectively and effeciently with calmness. Thanks ladies for making my day during a very hectic enrollment period. Very grateful, Traci D. Sanders"

"This is the worst apartment complex in Prairie View!!!! If you’re a student or even an adult DO NOT MOVE here!!!! The staff is ever unprofessional especially MRS.ADAMS AND HER ASSISTANT ALEXIS! Nothing works properly and they wouldn’t even take half off my rent when things stop working.. the “maintenance” person comes to “fix” it nothing still doesn’t work properly . Something needs to be done about this!!!! They won’t give me my deposit back after I put in a 30 day notice they so full of it!!! I wish I never moved over there !!!!"

"I’ve stayed here for two years, and In my opinion for the price I paid in comparison to other on campus and off campus housing Brookside Meadows was a steal. The outside of some of the units may not be very appealing but inside of the units is nice with relatively new appliances, washer & dryer, and reliable WiFi. So for example I have friends who have stayed in places that look nice on the outside, but have had so many issues with maintenance, security, and rude management, and are also paying $800 a month in rent! Honestly I’ve never had an issue with management here, if you’re respectful and courteous they will bend over backwards to make sure you’re taken care of!"

". If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had several issues with the "property manager" MS. ADAMS. I would recommend being homeless before moving into this mess. They STOLE my deposit and it most likely went into the pockets of the employees. I got charged for random things upon moving out. On top of this, I have asked for the actual property owner's contact information several times over the last year. The staff has refused to provide me with this information for the last year, which is a legal issue, so I will be getting my attorney involved."

"It is absolutely ridiculous what this apartment complex is doing to college students. They will find anyway possible to rack up enough damages to keep your deposit!!!! They are charging my daughter$250 for a mattress, that she wrote on the list as damaged when she moved in. They even gave her a mattress cover out of the front office. Now they are charging us for a “damaged matresss”. They are also charging us $165 for” touch up paint” ... the only visible signs of anything needing painting in her room is a hole in the wall that we also listed was there at the time she moved in. Management keeps trying to stress to me that they’re not charging me for the hole, but for touch up paint in her room, what’s confusing to me is, you allowed my daughter to live there for an entire year with a hole in the wall, no one was concerned wnough about the walls to fix it, now you’re concerned about touch up paint???? I am still fighting with them for my deposit back! It is RIDICULOUS!"
