"How can a company lose track of their customer(s) and say they have no record and that it would take 30-40 days for a refund!!?? Ashro have. I placed an order mailed $60 check on 8/22/23, and items were shipped 8/29/23. Once received, I returned items back the next day 9/6/23 for I wasn't satisfied & requested a refund. On 9/25, I asked about my refund & was told by rep item was received on 9/19. I would get $13 refund, which would take a week!!!!?? Really, $13! Followed up on Oct 3rd rep, made no request/notations to the accounting department! I was told it'll take 30-40 days for my refund!!! Unbelievable! No more dealings with this company."

Oh you want a black woman now ?" Can't get anyone on the phone , you won't even answer it . Y'all are 6.5 hours away, and I'll be driving it since I got kicked out cuz y'all sending me stuff I never asked for. Contrary to my name you can see , I didn't request your catalog, didn't even know you all existed as a company."
