"I have been shopping at JoAnne's Dress Shop for years. Every experience has been positive and I am always delighted at my finds. This past weekend I stopped in with 15 minutes in which to find and purchase a dress for a wedding I needed to attend in the Dells in just 2 hrs. Onalee was fantastic. She brought me several dresses to try and helped me select the perfect one (or 2) that was affordable and beautiful. "30 day return policy which is short but doable. But, returns are for store credit only! The store and staff get 5 stars but deducted for the crazy return policy. Great place for dressy formal events but also have lots of casual, everyday too. Looked like a good selection of purses and jewelry. Prices fall into what you'd expect from a boutique, even better if on sale. Friendly and very helpful staff. We stopped in while waiting to go to dinner. I found 2 dresses for an upcoming wedding. It was the end of the day, I couldn't decide and time was running out, so I bought both. Well I only need 1 of them so now I'll return the one, but don't like being forced into finding new things for the money I spent. Of course I'm sure I will not have a prob spending the credit, but I'd rather it was my choice."
