"Monroe and Main are a good company to rebuild your credit. I haven't had any problems with them until today. I have not missed any payments and been happy with their service. For some reason today, they charged off my account. No explanation when I contacted Customer Service. My balance is only $55 which I was planning of paying off on my last scheduled date. This mistake has impacted my credit score significantly. I was told to check on the status on Friday, October 15th. Fingers crossed they fix it because it dropped by score 61 points."

"I love Monroe and Main Clothes never had a problem with Customer Service. But once I found, out they do not report to Credit Bureau only if you are late or they have to turn it over to Collection..... I pay on time ;Never Late"" I have not order anything since.. I am paying off my bill"

"The shirts are too small. Pants are too big. And then they charged me $45.00 shipping. Because the items didn't fit so I sent them back. I have sent many packages the shipping on this should have been about $4. Or $5. Dollars. They call my phone mutiple times a day."

"I ordered a lovely Crocheted top is his afternoon. In looking through my emails I saw that my order was shipped but it was not what I ordered. I immediately called and was advised that the size I ordered was no longer available. I I requested to speak to a supervisor who kept telling me she wanted to listen to the call I made when I placed the order. She said she wanted to see who was at fault. I told her, to make that Los right, she should send me a different item at no charge because of this mess. She refused. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy anything from this company again."
