"Ordered a simple 1/4 lb with cheese. Sandwich only. $7.49 + tax. It was horrible. The beef patty wasn't even 1/8" thick, overcooked and burned. This Monroe McDonald's has to be the worst McDonald's I have ever eaten at. Unbelievably bad. I can't tell you how many times I have ordered at the drive-thru only to have the order wrong, no napkins, no straw for drinks, etc. Inside, tables are dirty. The owners should be ashamed."
"This McDonald’s continuously looks like they employ people who do not want to work here. They are goofing off behind the counter look absolutely depressed. Drive through orders are constantly wrong-make sure you check your order before leaving the window. One time I had an employee get angry with me because I pulled forward after being told to do so as I had an app order, and he snipped at me “who told you to pull forward??” I told him I was told at the drive through screen, to which he opened a door and screamed at a co-worker for telling me to pull forward. Service is incredibly slow. Simple special requests (like hold the ketchup, add Mayo) are routinely missed. The kids area is routinely unclean, especially the bathroom."
"This is what I got for a steak,egg,cheese bagel! Cold, 2 pieces of bacon..I think Waited 8 mins Drove 15 miles back to get correct sandwich. They wouldn't even looked it when I tried to show employees"
