"Will not recommend. Warranties are not honored, promises are not kept. I have given the owner of this place 4 months to replace a leaking ice maker. I get all sorts of excuses, Oct/Nov "need to take one out of another refrigerator", Nov: "Call my repair guy", (zero help), Dec: "going to Chicago, I'll find a used ice maker", etc. etc. This guy operates like a Jersey goomba in a town with the population of 10,000. Stay away from this place and his BS. After three months of trying to get this fixed and empty promises he tells me he doesn't warrant ice makers, "I always tell that to everyone". Sure he does. Why didn't he write that on the invoice where he wrote "One year warranty"? Also of note: during several visits to get this resolved I had to sit and listen to this clown screaming at people on the phone. This guy is a piece of work."

Two other stores I went to never even acknowledged me. Great customer service and even delivered it to my home for a modest fee. This is now my only appliance store.
