"I brought my Dyson vacuum in to have a small plastic cap that had accidentally been sucked up removed. The owner spent the entire time criticizing my brand of vacuum while fumbling with it and saying it couldn't be fixed. I brought it to a different vacuum center and the technician removed the cap in less than a minute. Maybe the owner of this shop should focus on learning how to properly service various brands of vacuums instead of badmouthing them to try to cover his lack of knowledge. UPDATE: This took place awhile ago and I have just now gotten around to reviewing this place. The events I described are exactly what happened regardless of what the owner's reply says."
