"I recently went to this business to get a part for my 3500 engine, but the employee I spoke with, Charlie, was unable to help me find what I needed and said a 2010 Impala doesn't have that 3500 engine only trucks. Even after I showed her a picture of the engine and explained that it was marked as a 3500, she still claimed that it didn't exist and that doesn't mean anything. I ended up having to drive 30 minutes to Dubuque, Iowa, to get the part I needed. When I called Charlie back to let her know that I had found the part, she acknowledged that the engine is also known as a 3.5 but didnt understand 3500 is 3.5 and didnt give us an option of 3.5 or 3.9 because she said the engine didnt exist for that car at the time of trying to get the part and was extremely rude about it all so I had to go to Dubuque. If she had given me that information earlier, I could have saved myself the trip. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and felt that Charlie was unprofessional. She was very rude as well"

"We were about 3hrs 45mins from home for the weekend and our water pump went out, they were so friendly and helpful he let me use his own personal tools to change the water pump in our F150 in his back lot, he made sure we had anything we needed!! He even cleaned up my mess! Amazing experience such a friendly great guy running a great business!!"
