"RENTERS BEWARE!! TOP 8 REASONS NOT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! 1. THE LANDLORD (MR. DA SILVA) IS A DISRESPECTFUL PIG TO WOMAN. 2. HE LET'S HIS DOG PISS ON EVERYONE's "WELCOME" MAT AND POOP IN THE GRASS. (never picks it up) 3. "ALL BILLS PAID" BUT HE WILL KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR AND TELL YOU TO CLOSE YOUR WINDOW IF YOUR AIR IS ON, BECAUSE HE WILL RAISE YOUR RENT. 4. THESE APARTMENTS ARE VERY OLD, SO YOUR TOILET WILL BACK UP INTO YOUR TUB, THE A/C WILL FLOOD YOUR LIVINGROOM, THE DISHWASHER WILL FLOOD YOUR KITCHEN. (and it will ALWAYS be your fault when Da Silva comes to fix the problem) 5. NEIGHBORS ARE PILL POPPING, WEED SMOKERS, APT 5 GETS BEAT BY HER BABY DADDY DAILY, APT 20 WILL FIGHT YOU OVER PILLS. MR. BILL IS A SNITCHING NAZI WHO REPORTS EVERYTHING BACK TO MR. DA SILVA. 6. WASHER AND DRYER MACHINES ARE CRAP, AND THE LADY WHO LIVES NEXT TO THE LAUNDRY MAT WILL LOCK YOUR CLOTHES INSIDE. 7. MR. DA SILVA AND MR. BILL WILL COME IN YOUR APARTMENT WHEN YOU ARE NOT HOME, TO "CHANGE THE A/C FILTER". 8. MR. DA SILVA WILL GOSSIP ABOUT ANY TENANT WHO IS BEHIND IN RENT OR WHO NEEDED A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT. (nothing is confidential) THESE ARE FACTS!! BELIEVE THEM OR NOT!! BUT YOU WILL FIND OUT WHEN YOU SIGN YOUR LEASE!! GOOD LUCK!!"
