"This place was great when my wife and I moved in a year ago with the old owners, the new owners have no customer service. We tried reaching out to them bout renewing our lease for over a month, when they finally respond after the numerous emails they tell us they want us to move out cuz the apt is going to get an upgrade and want to charge us $1500 for rent. This place isn’t worth that. Thin walls landlords that can’t respond. No thank you"

"I love love LOVE my new apartment. Been here for a little over a week. Kimberly and James are so sweet and professional. I may have bugged Kim a little getting into my new place but I was super anxious. Super happy and the apartment looks amazing. My old apartment was not up to part but my new one is amazing. Great property managers with quick responses makes me believe living here will be well worth every penny. **Update** Been here for a little over a year. Everything was great up until May. I have done multiple work orders for my dishwasher and no response. I even got a phone call asking was this the dishwasher order complete mid May and I informed them the maintenance man said we need a new dishwasher and they said oh okay we will have someone out. That was two months ago. I’ve tried to reach out by email, phone and text with no respond. Besides the dishwasher the hall tub still draining slow. Two months later no response from anyone regarding my orders. This is not okay."

"I highly recommend this place. I went through 2 owners before Kimberly and James took over and they truly care about their residents. They immediately came in and personally introduced themselves and if you had any issues to notify them. They were extremely responsive and very friendly. They made improvements and maintain the property to look very nice. They helped me out on more than one occasion. Best experience in renting. This location is conveniently located to get where you need to go."

"I lived at Judson Meadows for 4 years. Kim and her husband owned it the last year and half I was there (went thru 3 owners before) Anywho, they were absolutely the best landlords I ever had ANYWHERE. They cleaned up everything soon as they got ownership. The few times I needed fixing in my unit it was fixed asap! In 2020 during Covid it was tough..real tough being out of work. They were so helpful and understanding thru it all which helped with the stress. They even bought us dinner ! Honestly of I wouldn't have gotten a house I definitely would still be living there. I recommend this place to anyone and have confidence Kim and James will take care of them."

"What a wonderful transformation with new owners & management! They immediately began addressing maintenance that hadn't been done for a long time, cleared bushes that were previously blocking entry/exit areas where you can now see clearly, painted the buildings and making the interiors look great. Very friendly people who care about the people who live here."
