"one night i was watching TV in my living room. the glass window was open, slightly open. i hear a knock on my door. i looked over from my sofa and there was a male standing outside my window waving me over. i went to the window and he opened his hand showing me a crack pipe and some rock cocaine. i told him i do not do that and close shut the window. two nights ago i was checking my mail when someone yelled "hey!" i stopped and a female walked over to me and asked if i knew where to get some heroin. i said i do not do that and i do not know where to get some. lastly, the pool here is always dirty and had been for quite some time now. dirty now. the laundry room is also always dirty and is dirty now. currently, and for some time now, there has been a mass exodus of tenants. there is a ridiculous amount of vacant apartments. it is like a ghost town. in addition, these people will nickel and time you. you will have a laundry list of charges on your bill due. i think this is my last lease with them. do not come here, you are warned. latest: there are a number of homeless people just wandering around the property. for example, one young male, on a daily basis, is always charging his cell phone, using the electrical outlet by the office and soda machine. hanging around in the laundry room. if he lived here, in an apartment, he would be using the outlets there. homeless people every day from morning to late night. and in front of the manager."

"The apartments are very nice, they are recently remodeled and it is a quiet place. "As a current renter these apartments aren’t up a safety standard , security is non existent , you can’t make a complaint because nothing will get done about it and if so very little is done . For the $600-$700 rent it’s not worth it. Neighbors have no common courtesy for those around them . If you apply renters insurance and pictures will save you. The review below me Miss L (Friend of the Office Manager ) is one of the problems as my current upstairs neighbor who has leaks from the kitchen sink to the bathroom , doesn’t let maintenance fix it so that way mine gets fixed , but gives them good reviews anyways ."

"I'm a resident here since 2016- present. I love it here no complaints on my behalf. BBQ pits and tables and a soda machine. Pet friendly. on site laundry room. open 7 days a week. Best part is the swimming pool its always clean. (24 hour security) Great management always here to help with any concerns or problem's."
