"I have lived here for 3 years, the apartments are nice but recently there have been infestation of roaches and the pest company they use is horrible, they seem to not know what they are doing. Another problem is towing. They seem to make a huge profit off their tenants. I was towed three times and my Honda was eventually sold by the towing company because I wouldn't pay the towing fee. When I bought another car they towed it again the same day. Tenants here are tortured by Trinity Towing company, their business depends on these apartments and they will do anything to get your car and damage or sell it. I am giving them one star. This is my last month here and I can't wait to move out."

"ALL I CAN SAY AT THIS POINT IS I'VE SPOKEN TO ALL THESE MANAGERS ABOUT THE DISRESPECTFUL DISTURBANCE I'VE BEEN EXPERIENCING SINCE DAY 1 THESE RESIDENTS ABOVE ME HAS GOTTEN TO A POINT WHERE I'M BEING HARASSED WITH VERY LOUD NOISES SINCE THESE RESIDENTS MOVED IN ABOVE ME I'VE SPOKEN TO THE MANAGERS ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS ABOUT THE INCONSIDERATE ACTIONS THAT I BEEN EXPERIENCING EVERYDAY THESE COMPLAINTS HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED PROPERLY SO MY QUESTION IS WHO DO I SPEAK TO ABOUT THIS PROBLEM I'M ALMOST 60YEARS OLD ON DISABILITY MY MENTAL STATE HAS BEEN COMPROMISED SO YES I FEEL I'M BEING TARGETED AND HARASSED ALMOST ON A DAILY BASIS SO WHO DO I SPEAK TO ABOUT THIS ONGOING NOISE HARASSMENT MEANING, AGGRESSIVE WALKING, STOMPING, THROWING HARD OBJECTS ON THE FLOOR KIDS RUNNING WILD THRU THE BREEZE WAY KIDS DESTROYING THE PROPERTY IT'S A LOT OF THINGS THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESS ED ESPECIALLY FOR MY WELL-BEING A SENIOR CITIZEN SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BE GOING THROUGH THESE CHANGES ON A DAILY BASIS PLUS I BEEN TOLD SOME FALSE INFORMATION FROM THE NEWEST LEASEING STAFF PLUS I REQUESTED TO MOVE TO A DIFFERENT UNIT I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING SO WHO CAN I SPEAK TO IN ORDER OF GETTING THIS ADDRESSED IN A PROPER WAY ?"

"Lived here for a year and a half. Revolving door of office staff and security companies that not only neglected to but refused to handle issues regarding people blatantly disregarding lease rules (off leash dogs, pet waste, litter, noise, aggressive neighbors waiting at the bottom of the stairs to harass people they don’t like, people blocking cars in deliberately to harass people they don’t like, and more). Poor design with thin walls and terrible HVAC and plumbing that fails in the middle of summer over and over despite being built within the last 5 years. My new apartment is just as recently built and hasn’t had any of these maintenance problems. The maintenance guys when I left were cordial and prompt, and I will give them the credit they deserve, but the rest of the complex is despicable."

"The front office ladies (Tasha and Tay) were so nice and communicated very well with me. The application process is long and tedious but if you are patient with them they will make sure to keep you updated. The apartment was so spacious inside and very well taken care of. So far nothing but good experience."
