"I never leave reviews, but if it can save someone from thinking this place is worth a try then I will. Things are constantly needing maintenance, you can literally hear your neighbors conversations word for word through the walls, the tiniest footsteps make the loudest noise for the neighbors below, and it’s very dark/cheap looking on the inside of the apartments, not to mention the appliances are cheap and drains are always getting backed up. Also, the tap water smells and tastes extremely bad. Maintenance takes forever to come fix things. There’s domestic fights and ambulances all over the complex weekly, and don’t even get me started on the trash. I’m not trying to sound like a “Karen.” Please just save your money and live somewhere else."

"New management has really turned this place around. They are putting forth great effort in property maintenance. Staff is great, very helpful and compassionate. They starting hosting events and family oriented party's. Service calls are quick. This is all a stark difference from the previous two management companies. This is a great place to live"

"The entire management staff has been friendly and very helpful! Maintenance has been quick with the couple service requests I’ve had. I have spoken with Mark and Desirae the most in the office and they’re always incredible! Our apartment is lovely, our pups love the little back yard and the HUGE dog park. Everyone is so kind and I feel the most comfortable and “at home” here than I have at the past two apartments I’ve lived in. Definitely will be here for a while!"
