"When you are looking for a place to rent and you are like ok this looks good. In actuality you can't live everywhere because it's income restricted so disappointing.When you got yourself a higher paying job to make more money to do better. You are currently wanting to find a home base to save for a home. I'm not even going to apply because know I make too much. I'm also not going to pay 2000 a month to rent its ridiculous. What happened to this city let's make something nice so we can reject people who actually should live here."
"Terrible experience at this apartment complex. Apparently its residents are not supposed to ever have guests. Last night when I arrived at the apartment complex, I saw the sign at the entrance which states that the parking on premises is for guests and residents only. Being that I am a guest, I parked my vehicle with DV plates in a properly marked parking spot and within five minutes, my vehicle was towed at my expense. I spoke with management, who told me that it is the resident’s responsibility to tell guests that they can’t park on the premises, even though the sign states guests are allowed. I don’t see why a resident would be responsible for letting guests who are abiding by the sign’s instructions that they need a placard to park, even though I arrived after the office was already closed and couldn’t have gotten a placard even if there was a sign that told me I would have needed one. I even checked their website, which states nothing about guests needing special placards to park or certain hours that guests need to park within. I am disappointed by the apartment complexes lack of informing its residents, as well as its guests of these unspoken policies that incur this type of inconvenience. ***UPDATE*** I spoke with management again, who told me that they don’t issue guest parking placards and that guests are allowed to park from 7am - 7pm. It would certainly be convenient if there was a sign stating such or if they made there residents aware of these rules. If I’m a guest and need to park after 7pm, I wouldn’t be able to get a placard anyway because again, the office would be closed. Highly disappointed in these unwritten rules that are impossible for guests and visitors to somehow be aware of and follow."
"I love living here nice community and apartments very clean and kept up. Jesse the manager is always there to help with a smile and a nice greeting. Maintenance does a great job also. I have lived here over a year and just signed another lease . Very happy in this little community."
"I absolutely love this place I applied before construction was even completed. Yes they require a lot of paperwork which is a good thing. Which it goes to show you that they work hard to qualify the right people to move-in. This is comforting to know as a resident. Since I’ve been here everyone I’ve come across,has been very cordial, kind, helpful nothing but good people living here. Steve and Jesse are awesome guys. Steve takes care of this place makes it look good and smell great every day. He is a hard working and very friendly man. All the paperwork is Mandated by corporate Offices. Sorry to say if you’re not approved if you get denied, It’s not The fault of the people helping you with the application. Obviously there are other reasons which you need to take up with the credit bureau. I love to call this place home, this is a great place to live. I have recommended friends and family. And the park across the street is a great addition to my life. I walk my dogs every day And my kids and I spend even more memorable time OUTSIDE together. I have every thing i need close by. The highway is literally around the corner. I love this place if I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! Thank you for allowing my family and I to call this place home"
