"I would be lying if I said everything about my stay has been bad , but it has been one thing after another. I always felt like my presence was a inconvenience to the staff. Anytime You walk into the office you get eyes rolled at you and a huff and a puff. They property was nice when we first moved in but since then its gone down hill and management has shown no care. There is no longer a sense of security. Please be very considerate before moving here. NOT all things that look good from the outside are."

"This property and management company is a scam. I recently was approved to move a month early by the property manager Regina and she called the new residents to move in earlier so the apartment won’t be vacant except to be make ready. I call get my new apartment date and she waits to tell me after the fact all my dates have been changed that I need a pay a reletting fee. None of this was discussed before in any of our conversation. I’ve reached out to the regional Amy Spoon 4 times and NO call back. This company is unprofessional and a scam. Not to mention the roaches in the elevator, my apt, the hall ways and all the Residents we have to live near that smoke pot all day. The halls reek of marijuana. Do live here!! Regina is the most unprofessional unorganized manager I have ever met."

"I’m currently a resident and this property and it is infested with roaches. The property manger is rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. Work orders only get done when the maintenance is available which is once a week. The walk ways and elevators have smashed roaches in the door frame. Be carful before you move to Roach villa."

"I feel like most people who take the time to write reviews are people who have been wronged in someway. People who've had normal experiences just have less motivation to write reviews. I lived here for 3 years and really enjoyed my time here. The facilities are modern and (for the most part) clean. It made me feel very safe that there were no key pads to enter (only residents with key fobs can enter), but my one big complaint would be that because of this it made it very difficult to receive packages on time. If they couriers didn't have access inside the building then it would end up in the front office which is closed on weekends. Other than this, I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to friends and family. Thank you to the employees who were always very helpful!"
