"This apartment complex has the most unprofessional staff team I've seen out of any apartment complex. The manager is a ghost, I don't think I've ever had the pleasure of even seeing her/him while I was a tenant. The staff like to make jokes at the expense of the tenants. If the manager sees this, I've been trying to get a hold of you for a handful of days now concerning my move out invoice. Maybe this bad review will finally get their attention."
"Went for just a tour and fell in love with the layout and amenities, I applied right there on the spot and Kelsey was so wonderful and walked me through the whole process and made sure I had turned in every document needed. After providing her with paystubs and running my credit I was approved right then and there. Kelsey was very friendly, helpful, and informative. Can't wait to move in :)"
"I spent $253.95 on a tour, apparently. Daniella’s lack of urgency and communication skills are unacceptable. Seek housing elsewhere. RE: First and foremost, I called Tuesday (9/5/23) before the end of business hours, at your request. I left a voicemail and have yet to receive a call back. On the 11th, it was established my move in date would be the 24th. After some routine questions about the complex, I submitted an application (9/14/23) as well as sent an email for proof of ID. I received an email stating my application was approved on 9/16/23, that the Finley "will be in touch with you soon regarding any additional questions or requirements. Once we have verified your employment and rental verification, we will notify you..." Radio silence. I, then, on 9/21/23 reached out for an update. It was THEN that I was told my drivers license did not go through. I sent my ID as well as an additional paystub. 9/23/23 at 5:54pm, I was asked if moving in on 9/25/23 was okay. Later that day, I requested a walkthrough and asked if it would be possible to do a move-in checklist. 9/24/23 I was told I'd likely be denied to do a walkthrough but they have a checklist. I said I'd still be willing to move in... I was then told that my income still needed to be reviewed. Mind you, I sent all the requested documents on the 21st. 9/25/23 around 10am, I was told my income had been approved and that I'd be sent my welcome letter/lease. 12:10pm I was asked if I wanted to do the standard or flex deposit, if I wanted a carport, and owned any pets. 12:26pm I responded. 4:18pm I asked if I'd still be receiving forms or if my move in date would be pushed back, again. 4:31pm I was emailed "...Let me see if I can get your lease countersigned today before my manager leaves." I could go on... I have the emails to support this. So, while, yes, your office was technically in contact with me, I stand by what I said."
"Not sure how this property still runs when the office can't even handle a simple notice to vacate. Something that is so straightforward, they take days to complete and each person hands it off to the next but then says none of them can do it except the property manager. You can't even contact the property manager because either she does not care or her staff is failing to inform her. Corporate can’t even return a phone call. Either way, if you are military I highly recommend you avoid this place because they will discuss your personal information with others without your consent but will tell you they can't give you the property managers name because that is personal information. It would benefit them to educate themselves on their actual jobs and understand what their leases state."
"This apartment complex has a theft problem. We moved in late March and there has been two incidents when my packages have been stolen off my door. One of those being a necessary diabetic medication Ozempic. Whoever took it decided to return said medication and left it at the office. Kelsey gave us call on Monday since all this happened over the weekend to let us know they had found it. My husband and I went into the office to pick up the medication and to speak with the property manager about this problem. When we walked in we were greeted by a lady I hadn't met before. We then spoke to Kelsey and asked her to speak to the property manager (I had never met Melissa, nor did I know that was who greeted us when we walked in). It just happened that Melissa's phone rang as we asked Kelsey to speak to management and says sure let me go and tell her. When she came back she said Melissa was busy with something and she couldn't talk with us. She was no longer on the call by this time. It is really upsetting that the property manager didn't even bother coming and talking with us. She sent her employee Kelsey to do it. When we asked what, them as a property, were doing to address this problem we were told crime has no address and since they don't have security on property there is nothing they could do. I really don't have any other bad experience otherwise. If it wasn't for how the property manager didn't even bother to show her face to talk to us I would leave a good review. For future resident's just know this property, even though its a fully gated complex, is not safe. Thankfully our insurance will be replacing the medication because I don't know how long this medication was left outside without any refrigeration, otherwise I don't know what we would've done because this medication is about $1000."
