"My daughter had to see the geneticist and he was fabulous but my real reason for leaving such a great review is the woman that drew her blood! Her name is Shemica and she was the most amazing person!!! My daughter over reacts to needles normally and this beautiful woman never wasted any time! She was calming and talking and I have NEVER seen someone get a needle in a vein that quick in my entire life!!!! We cannot stop talking about her!!!"

"We have a complicated relationship with Childrens Dallas. Pros: I like that all of our doctors are connected Doctors are so nice The doctors are thorough, I feel like we are getting good care. Most spaces are clean My children love their pediatrician and don't mind going to see her. Specialists offer flexibility between telehealth and in person visits. Cons: ER wait time is long, plan to be here all day You can get lost easily if you have a doctor in another building Getting an appointment with a doctor, even our primary care doctor can take forever. This isn't good when a child has an illness Can't check in early to appointments if you arrive early. We were turned away at ENT, told to come back in 45 mins. Few providers offer after school visits, causing my kids to miss a lot of school. Texas DOE is tough about attendance even with notes. We decided to keep our specialists with children's but found a pediatrician closer to home."

"Parking was full up close so had to valet for $10. The valet person was friendly, check-in was swift bc we did the PreCheck-in, when we got to the 6th floor the front desk lady was also friendly & quick. We didn’t have to wait long before taking new X-rays in the cast & the doctor coming in to discuss. Before checking out a gentleman asked my son if he wanted to add color to his cast. That was the highlight of my son’s visit. Once we checked out we had to take the shuttle to the main building for additional assistance. Over all it ended up being a quick & pleasant day aside from the cold & crummy weather. Thomas Crook was amazing! He took absolute great care of us with our shuttle needs! It was a good experience. A huge thank you to everyone for your expeditious + caring services!"
