"This is literally the worst pediatric office have ever taken my child to. Days before our appointment I filled out all required information online and submitted my insurance information to them. I submitted the transfer medical information so they can get my child’s immunization records from her old doctor’s office and they never did that. The day of the appointment they wanted me to fill out all the information again and telling me they cannot see my child if they don’t get the immunization records."

The receptionist who set up our apts was truly amazing and so helpful with our transition. The Dr was wonderful and explained everything so well and answered all our questions we had. "My daughter and I had an awesome experience from the time we entered the office to the time we left. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Dr. Alapati was very interactive with my toddler as she played with her and took her time engaging her. She was very informative when discussing her symptoms and aftercare plan. It is very evident that she cares about her patients. I had no doubt that my daughter was in good hands!"
"I’m only giving a 2 because the receptionist was nice. But the Dr was very rude. I made an appointment for my son this morning. When I arrived I was advised they don’t take the type of insurance we had, no problem. So o asked could they give a school excise or print out that he had an appointment because he will now be late to school. The Dr rudely said oh No if we didn’t treat him NO WE CANT. So I asked cant you print out he had an appointment and it was canceled still no help. It was the way and tone of how I was spoken to, the professionalism is not there. Will never refer anyone to Cooks."
