"Stretch for life truly changed my quality of life by leaps and bounds. At 27 I found myself with terrible TMJ pain in my face, ears and neck. Was getting to the point where chewing was painful and I avoided meats and in food that required heavy chewing. If I did eat these types of foods I would get inflammation in my neck, face and ears. A family member graciously pointed me to stretch for life. They were able to point to a should injury I had had in High School was actually causing the issue. With 4 visits of clinical deep tissue massages I was a new man! They not only got my TMJ issue fixed but were able to help with a number of other ailments as well from years of playing football and generally being hard on my body.
