"My family and I have been coming here for the last 3-4 years and we've never had a bad experience. Always great about getting us in on short notice when things pop up. The staff and doctors actually listen and are personable as opposed to most clinics. Jeff has been our main point of contact and our go-to since we started coming here. He's always been professional and is one of the main reasons we still continue to use Savannah as our primary care. Some of these recent reviews appear to have an axe to grind but we've never experienced anything but great service from both Jeff and Savannah in general."

"THIS IS GOING TO BE A LONG ONE! I was doing my externship there recently, and the manager Jeff is completely inappropriate. Today I was asked to leave Savannah Clinic due to the incompetence of the manager who is a 40 year old man-child. I will not tolerate ignorance or racism from ANYONE! Today my school was disrespected in so many ways and as a student I felt the need to speak up for myself and the facility. The exact statement that was made was (students now and days are so stupid, ever since COVID -19 the students have gotten dumber). This statement was made directly by Jeff. I have been here at this clinic for over a month and it has been mentally draining. Being yelled at and talked to in a negative tone. Charging patients outrageous amounts when the co-pay says differently. Being put in uncomfortably situations like having to shave his chest hairs. Jeff being inappropriate with patients, like commenting on their race. Making comments about how sexy one sounds over the phone. The list can go on and on. He should not be in charge of any kind of medical office setting. He does not have the mental competence to have access to any patients records. I have been shadowing under him for over a month and I can promise you certain guidelines have not been followed. Of course someone who has dedicated 8+ years to this clinic would know certain things but not everything. I really wish the owner would due away with this incompetent man-child. The NP are lovely but as long as Jeff is working in any position in that clinic, you will definitely, have a few mess ups on your chart. He is going to ruin the integrity of this clinic. Please think about using a different facility, it won't get any better until he is gone. Sincerely CMA"

"I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. The manager Jeff is completely unprofessional. He does not know how to treat patients. He is rude with a 12 year old attitude. I came in as a walk in patient and he completely dismissed me. Please chose a different clinic."

"I can't say enough about this clinic. I have had nothing but the best experience every single time. Jeff has been an absolute blessing. I feel as though he juggles a lot of different hats at the clinic but no matter how busy he may be will always put the patient first. This man needs a raise!"

"The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor's office. It took nearly two weeks to get my blood work results back and I was calling almost every day. One of their employees told me that it should not take longer than 24-48 hours at the most. I was lied to and got the run around and treated very rudely, both on the phone and in person. I was called a liar by another employee! Who treats patients like this?! I will never step foot into this office again, and I will tell anyone who will listen about my experience."
