Reviews
"I'm never one to write reviews, but Ebony our newest manager has impacted my family and I in ways I cannot express. In a short amount of time her professionalism changed the look and feel of the complex. Ebony truly cares about the residents, this property and staff. Initially there were issues to be addressed and she took care of them. Her experience and organization make her by far the best manager."
"Megan (the lady in the front office) is probably one of the most helpful, sweet, and understanding I have ever met And i absolutely love living here. So clean and well ran. I love it here."
"Do not move here. Here’s a list of problems I’ve encountered that may change your mind on living here: •Power outages •Cars blocking the road •Misuse of the entrance roundabout •Trash everywhere •Dog mess everywhere •Noisy neighbors •Neighbors looking into windows •Loud cars peeling out of parking •Among many problems with the surrounding area Don’t expect these problems to have been addressed by the time you are reading this as many other responses to complaints have been up to 3 years late."
"Let me begin by echoing everyone’s complaints about the parking. The place wasn’t designed with nearly enough parking for tenants. It has be an issue ever since I moved in over two years ago. I’ve tried to be patient, but they just won’t do anything about it. People park along the curbs nightly and in front of the office because there are no spaces. On top of that, they send out threatening emails about enforcing parking even though they know they don’t provide enough parking. When you actually complain about it, they try to sell you a “discounted” garage. Why would I give you even more money? Obviously, there have been regular burglaries of cars. The management doesn’t really alert the tenants to criminal activity. They will occasionally send notices with the old “lock your car and don’t leave valuables in sight” emails. I’ve seen plenty of patrol units in the complex to know that they aren’t here playing hopscotch with the kids. On top of that, the trash is a joke. Nobody observes the rules about valet trash service. Trash bags just get thrown on porches and left on days when there is no pickup service. It’s kind of like living at the landfill. The stray animals are eating good judging from the torn bags and scattered trash. So, that’s a plus. I hate to see animals starve. When you complain about it, they want you to take photos so they can fine them. That’s why I pay you. What a joke. I see plenty of cars in the parking lot with tags that are expired by months if not years. I guess that’s the caliber of tenants they are letting move into the community. The pool is broken when they don’t close it for COVID. They cut the hours so much that it’s only open when the office is open. Working folks can forget it. The gym is closed as well. Has been for months. The gyms in the area are open, but I ask myself why should I have to pay twice for a gym. The place has gone to heck with all the management changes. I’m done when my lease is up. I will give someone else the opportunity to pay me lip service and do nothing about legitimate concerns. Maybe I will also get timely responses to my emails as well... Lastly, if you are someone from the management office, don’t bother with your canned response of “please contact us to try and help with your problem.” I’ve wasted too much of my time on you already. Nothing but deaf ears."
