"I have enjoyed living here for the past year. Maintenance addresses any reported issues very quickly. The office staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. We've never had any safety concerns. No problems with bugs either. We are renewing our lease for another year. Great place to live!"

"I recently moved out the apartment, since I noticed them 59 days before the lease was expired that I have to pay 1 more day of rent. So I called the apartment to confirm the last bill. I paid in full. After a week I received the final bill, of course there are lots of charges, in the details they are charging the last day and sewers bill Again!! They also charging carpet replacement and cleaning. I remember when I moved in the apartment was not clean at all. Holes in the wall, the carpet already had foot prints on them. When we renewed for one year and the apartment told us that we have free carpet cleaning and we scheduled it twice and no one showed up. It’s same when we scheduled pest control, they told us it will be every 2 weeks. We have to call them every single to schedule it. The the roaches problem never go away. My wife parked the visitor one time bc her spot was taken and her side mirror was damaged and after she called police and reported to the spy and they said they would look at the camera etc. then never hear anything from the apartment. Be that said there are more stuff to say, please aware all of these issues. I wouldn’t recommend anyone. I will not double pay the bill. I’d be happy they take me to court and I have all the proof that I can show them."

"They refuse to install security cameras to identify mail box culprit. If you value being able to receive your mail, do not move here. I do not feel it’s safe to mail my daughter anything now. Update after management response: there are no security cameras in mail center where there is ongoing criminal activity. This isn’t the first time someone has tried to break into mail boxes. A locked gate with a code when the criminal could be renter isn’t much help. I still can’t send mail to my daughter!"
