"From day one I should have known better, the place was not cleaned when I moved in and things were broken, there was trash and dog feces everywhere. After a few months I started noticing my door was unlocked when I knew I locked it and my dog would awaken in the night and run to the front door like someone was there, a few mornings when I went out side things would be on my door mat once a movie ticket and eyeglasses then the next time surgical gloves. I put in some maintenance orders and come to find out the leasing office had misplaced my keys but didn’t know how long they had been misplaced, I demanded my locks be changed that day which was a Friday but was told it would be Monday because they didn’t have a maintenance person. After the locks were changed whomever had my key still would try to enter, I let the leasing office know and they said to get a gun and learn how to shoot, both things i do have but still not a response I feel like I should be giving after the amount I pay to stay. In the end I moved because talking to the leasing office was no help in getting things situated . I would warn everyone to absolutely not rent an apartment from them unless you want to go through literally hell."
"Tiny, cramped, exorbitantly priced apartments designed by the "middle school architects of tomorrow team", conveniently located directly across the road from the city dump (google map it, fr). Management changes at least twice a year and advertised pricing hides $120 in extra fees on top of monthly rent (plus they push hard to get you to use a bi-monthly payment plan that adds 15% more on top of your ret "for convenience and affordability"). They wouldn't allow maintenance to call a plumber for busted pipes in the walls (poor craftmanship) and had him watch diy youtubes and wing it himself. My neighbors toilet fell through the floor from water damage and told me it was the third time. This place really redefines "luxury living". The "green space" is a retention pond at the end of the property. There is no ventilation (there are vents and switches for them but none actually function). Its very noisy there as its located between town and a high traffic road to the highways and a school is on the same street so there are loud vehicles going through all day. I never have found this rec room they advertise and I've been to the little pool a couple times but its always dirty."
"The management was terrible, almost no management. I lived there for almost three years and ever since they got new management everything has been rubbish"
"After moving into an apartment that was obviously not cleaned before move in. To having our complaints ignored about a neighbor regularly disturbing the peace by management and the police. Along with communication being a constant struggle between us and the office. We are ready to move from here. Yet, even the vacancy process is a struggle. After being notified on Christmas about our renewal offer, it was no where to be found in the resident portal. Then, when we were trying to see the property manager, they were never there. When we were able to get our lease renewal offer, it was after the day after the 60 day notice timeframe had passed. Now we have to pay month to month fees even though we tried to give notice of our vacancy. Plus it smells garbage most days since the property is right next to the landfill. Overall it’s been a tough experience living here."
"Mary and Anissa as well as the maintenance gentleman have all been absolutely amazing! Mary especially! My fiancé and I moved in a week ago and we love it here. It is quiet, well maintained, and the new staff is phenomenal. We are happy to call Sendero Ridge home!"
