"Called several times prior to getting the information I needed I had to follow up the next day , we did get to tour the home which was good however they do not combine income which is a problem the home I was looking to lease was $1900 approximately and expected you alone make 3x the rent for leasing a home that’s only 2,000 sqft , in comparison you can find a home x2.5 the rent and it only be $1600 for something of 2,400 sqft new and is applicable to combined income . I asked if the the price was negotiable which usually is , as said by the realtor that toured us but because of the ‘ high interest ‘ on that home they are not negotiating They did not carefully attend to my monthly income and denied us even after a manager reviewed it , the applications are not refundable if you have a animal they do not accept having more than 2 animals with $500 fee plus attached to your rent a pet fee I do not find this place to be pet friendly as they say . Cristina Mejia was helpful at first by setting up a appointment to tour a home but was hesitant , along the process I felt that it was becoming indirect approach to the application process and became a bit rude towards the end I’m actually glad now that I didn’t go through with processing , overall my experience was 2/5 they take your money quickly as soon as a few days go by the deny you , the only think I found accommodating was that they gave us a tour and had a polite realtor as they all usually are , I don’t think they were here to make legitimate business with customers rather more manipulative business strategies , see ya wouldn’t want to be ya ."

"Very shady company indeed. I moved in home filled out the lease inventory and condition form promptly and on time. The home was filthy. Cob webs everywhere on walls and ceiling. The vent hood in kitchen full of grease. I can go on but you get the idea. The home was not cleaned well. When i left i steamed cleaned carpets, i paid a cleaning lady who specializes in move out cleaning to come in and clean. I requested a walk through and was not allowed. The response i got was that they don't fo that. I returned keys and moved out. Having the home look way better than i moved in. No notice from them in over a month. To include my deposit. So i called back and they acted like they had no idea they had not paid me. When a check finally arrived a week later it was the first time i heard that they wanted to deduct bogus charges. I had to take them yo court to get my refund for the deposit. But i was only awarded the deposit. Despite the fact that I had to pay a filing fee. I had to take off 3 days of work to get to court and get that ruling. So bottom line is it cost me more money to get what was rightfully mine. And to get the check they required me to come in during their business hours which cost me another day of work. So for them it definitely pays to not refund your deposit."

"Shady company. Refused to fix a broken door that we notice upon move in. Was told that cant because they have plans to go out of town for spring break. Beware! This is how they rented out the unit without fixing it before move in. Code compliance violation right here."
