"I've used them 2-3 times in the past and have never had an issue with them. For the past 2 days I have been unable to reach ANYONE either via phone and/or email to verify my lease and attempt to get a move scheduled for this weekend or begin the process to get my rebate. This is putting me in a bind because I was trying to avoid having the additional expense of hiring movers but at this point, I don't have a choice since it's been impossible to reach anyone and/or receive a return a return call or a response to the 3 emails I've sent to 3 different individuals."

My move agents Jenny and Rosie did an excellent job in getting my move scheduled and staying on top of my apartment complex in getting the necessary paperwork in to move forward with a scheduled move. My moving guys were amazing and put so much care into moving my stuff even in pouring down rain!!!!!!!! "Move for free is great! I have used them twice now and I will use them again should I ever need to move. Jenny Hood was my agent and she is by far the BEST!!! All I did was provide her with the information as far as what area I was looking to move to and she did the rest. I didn't have any trouble with the movers at all. They were on time and very professional and just as the ad and the name of the company says - it was FREE. I have referred friendds to Jenny at Move for Free and I will continue to do so.
