"I was informed I will be receiving part of my security deposit since I was not moving in after putting in application. Two months later I am still waiting for my refund. I moved to another area a week ago and I have been calling to provide them with my new address and inquire how much longer it will take to receive my refund but it is impossible to get anyone to pick up or call back. I have called 3 times and left multiple voicemails and have not received a callback. The application process and tour by the property manager was great and she was very attentive. I don't understand why they changed from attentiveness to blatantly ignoring my calls and request."

"Let's begin saying that I'm a complicated case in regards of the application requirements, but Management has been no less than amazing to find a way to make things work out. They really pay attention to your needs and that's priceless. Facilities are always in great shape, and location, for those who do business in NW San Antonio, is quite convenient, very close to a lot of points of interest and services. Residents are not a mess, typically people with education and manners. Everybody keeps the atmosphere in great balance."

"Hands down the best apartments in this area. Clean. Friendly. Spacious. Gorgeous pool, decent gym, so many cute events. Front office is always helpful and polite. Maintenance was always fast to respond and get the job done. Had to move out due to not being able to afford when my rent started climbing from 1,400ish to over 1,700 just for me with no budge from them. Would move back in a heart beat if I could afford."

"The biggest issue is turnaround time. 1. Packages that are delivered (confirmed through applicable app) are notified by the Leasing office sometimes up to 3 days later. 2. Inquiries and general questions sent to both Azure City Living, Manager, and Assistant manager are given a response to usually between 3-5 business days later. 3. For some reason the leasing office will not pick up the office phone if it is within 30 minutes of their closing time. I find this to be exhausting as the “Open hours” then seem invalid as they do not pick up even for a short question if it is 5:30pm. The managers and those in the office are approachable in person. However, I still feel ignored and unimportant due to the lack of attention they can give me as a resident. It’s disheartening. I want to support this all-women business but I feel that ever since my issue with fire ants (which I had to get services to come out three times until they got exterminators to come out the 3rd time and find two mounds near my building) they’ve tried to ignore my emails when asking about for example, how to contact SAWS. One final bit is that they really scrutinize who posts on the community blog/portal. When a dog was missing and I posted photos and a statement about where and when I found the dog, I expected to see the post the next day even though I was able to return the dog to its owner that night. Other questions to other residents do not go through and I find the Active Building portal useless."

"Going on my third year with this community and I love it. I appreciate the great service and attention to detail. Any issues that have come up have been resolved quickly. Can't recommend enough for anyone looking for a nice spot right off the highway."
