"Place is under new management. Manager is friendly and has good customers service. She responds quickly for any issue and resolves the issue with accuracy. Management shows to be resolving previous issues. I give them a 5 for effort!"

"Only giving one ⭐ because I can't give a negative. This place is a dump I live there for many years they had rats roaches black mold they never fixed anything. I lived there many years and never once was ever late on my rent even during covid and I was late two days and they wanted to kick me out. They've cleaned up the parking lot and tried to spruce up the outside but it's still very ghetto the plumbing is really jacked up our apartment flooded several times. Outside our front door was raw sewage running more times than I can count. We didn't have air conditioning or hot water all summer called the city many times with complaints they still never did anything minus five stars. Very ghetto would not recommend"

"please don’t ever consider moving into these apartments, they suck, maintenance sucks ! i’ve been having an issue with water leaking in my bathroom for over a month now & maintenance never stops by to fix it. this is currently how my bathroom looks like. ROACH INFESTED APARTMENTS, THEY LEAVE US WITH NO HOT WATER ESPECIALLY DURING THE WEEKEND WHEN WE CANT GO COMPLAIN TO THEM"
