"Good place for the retired or first time apartments. Close to shopping/entertainment. The apartments surrounding the playground are the safest & most quiet location. My apartment had a leaking a/c in the ceiling and my refrigerator stopped working. Both times, the maintenance staff came & fixed the problems quickly. Pest control does spray for the roaches & bugs. Combat trays work fast also to kill the nests. Pet friendly."
